We protect learner work through authentication, access controls and private evidence storage.

Private learning work
Learner records are protected through database row-level access controls and server-side authorisation. Evidence storage remains private. Portfolio sharing uses a restricted presentation view and deliberate learner selection.
Payments and AI
Payment confirmations require provider verification; credit changes have ledger history. AI is treated as fallible input and cannot independently award arbitrary completion. Assessments use rubric-based validation and may require human review.
Responsible reporting
Report a suspected security issue through support. Describe the affected page and safe reproduction steps. Do not include credentials or private learner material, access other accounts, disrupt service or publish confidential findings before a coordinated response.
Your responsibility
Use a unique password, protect your recovery email and review evidence for confidential material before submitting or sharing it.
